1Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum data required to deliver seamless, secure cloud printing:
- Vendor accounts: Email, shop name, printer manufacturer/model, subscription status, and securely hashed passwords.
- Customer print uploads: Uploaded document file, chosen print options (color/B&W, copies, page numbers), and optional customer name.
- Payment metadata: Razorpay order and payment transaction IDs. We never store credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.
- Technical logs: Browser type, IP address, device type, and system interaction logs used strictly for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
2How We Use Your Information
- Route uploaded customer print jobs to the designated vendor's desktop print agent.
- Process vendor software subscriptions and issue GST-compliant digital invoices.
- Provide analytics and daily earnings metrics inside the vendor dashboard and Telegram reports.
- Detect fraudulent activity, prevent system abuse, and comply with applicable Indian IT statutes.
3Data Sharing & Third Parties
We never sell personal data. We share only what is strictly necessary with trusted infrastructure providers: Razorpay (for payment gateway processing), certified cloud storage (for encrypted temporary file holding), and Indian law-enforcement bodies when strictly required by a court order or valid legal process.
4Data Security Standards
All web communication is encrypted in transit using 256-bit TLS/HTTPS. Customer document files reside in isolated, vendor-scoped private storage buckets with strict Row-Level Security (RLS). Vendor API keys are cryptographically generated and rotatable on demand.
5Data Retention & Auto-Purge
Vendor account data is retained while the subscription is active. Customer print files are automatically purged from active cloud servers immediately upon successful spooling or within 30 days if abandoned, preventing lingering data risks. Payment transaction logs are retained for 8 years in compliance with Indian taxation laws.
6Your Privacy Rights
You may request access, correction, or permanent deletion of your personal account data by contacting our support team. Vendors can regenerate their API keys and update authentication credentials directly inside the settings panel.
7Cookies & Local Storage
We utilize only strictly functional local storage and cookies to maintain authenticated login sessions, language choices, and theme preferences. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising tracking scripts.
8Children's Privacy
QR से PRINT does not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under 13. Vendors registering on behalf of a commercial business must be at least 18 years old.
